I graduated from the Design Crafts degree course at Lowestoft College in 2008. During my years at Lowestoft, I won a textile design competition & took part in many different exhibitions.

After graduation, I decided to continue designing & making, i then set up my workshop, I have always loved creating, sewing, drawing & collecting curiosities. I have been called Polly from a very young age by my family & friends as i’ve gotten older & its definitely stuck so it seemed a good business name, Danielle’s too longer name to fit on a label anyway!

I was selected to become a member of the Suffolk Craft Society through their Post-Graduate ‘Making It’ scheme as well as an associate member with Craftco – Great Eastern Cooperative, for which i am still actively involved & selling with to this day.

I love the designing, colour, pattern & the drawing process of my work but ultimately my passion is creating functional everyday products from my own fabrics.
