I graduated from the Design Crafts degree course at Lowestoft College in 2008. During my years at Lowestoft, I won a textile design competition and took part in many different exhibitions.

After graduation, I decided to continue designing and making, and set up my workshop.I have always loved making, sewing, drawing and collecting curiosities, i have been called Polly from a very younge age by my family and by friends as i’ve gotten older and its definately stuck so it seemed a good business name, Danielle’s too longer name to fit on a label anyway.

I was selected to become a member of the Suffolk Craft Society through their Post-Graduate ‘Making It’ scheme as well as an associate member with Craftco – Great Eastern Cooperative.

I love the designing and drawing process of my work but ultimately my passion is creating functional everyday products from my own fabrics.
